One of the really cool perks of my apartment here is that my window faces onto the city’s sports stadium. This means virtually nothing when it comes to watching actual sporting events, because I’m too far away, but it does mean that when Ansan hosts a major provincial sporting event and holds the opening ceremonies in the sports stadium, I get a pretty cool view of some surprise fireworks.
